About Us
Two Charleston locals with a truck, a work ethic, and a genuine love for making Christmas easier.
Two Charleston locals with a truck, a work ethic, and a genuine love for making Christmas easier.
Hank and Jacob run every job personally, working many deliveries themselves and overseeing a trained local crew on the rest. No subcontractors, no call center in between.
Born and raised in the Lowcountry, studying Business and Aviation. Hank believes in doing it right the first time, bringing the same care and precision to every tree as he would to his own home.
Charleston native with a perfectionist's eye for detail. Always early to the job, Jacob lives by “slow and steady wins the race,” taking the extra time to get every tree securely set up and leveled.
Two friends who decided to build something real in their hometown.
Christmas should feel magical. That's the idea behind Charleston Tree Concierge, started by Hank and Jacob to make one of the best parts of the season easier: getting a real tree through the front door, set up right, and taken back out in January without the mess.
We noticed that having a real Christmas tree usually means a trip to a crowded lot, a struggle to get it home in one piece, and a fight with the stand once it's inside. We knew Charleston homeowners deserved a better way: a service that handles the heavy lifting so the family can just enjoy the season.
So we built this service the same way we'd want it done for our own family: show up when we say we will, treat every home with care, and leave things cleaner than we found them.
Get in TouchWe're not just delivering trees. We're building a business that reflects the values we believe in.
We give you a real price upfront. No lowball quotes that change at your door. What we say is what you pay.
We show up when we say we will, ready to work, because your holiday plans shouldn't wait on us.
We treat every living room like it's our own: careful placement, clean setup, and a thorough cleanup every time.
We do the heavy lifting, the careful carrying, the detail work nobody wants to do themselves, and we do it with a smile.
We're not the biggest company. But we might be the easiest call you make this holiday season.
Hank and Jacob personally handle many deliveries and oversee every job on the calendar. No call centers, no third-party dispatchers.
Delivery, setup, and disposal: one relationship handles your tree's entire season.
The money you spend stays right here in Charleston. We're your neighbors, and we actually know your street.
